About WebXoft
Who we are, where we work, and how we operate.
What is WebXoft Philippines?
WebXoft Philippines is an IT company and business software solutions provider based in Bukidnon, Northern Mindanao. Founded in 2026, the company builds websites, mobile apps, custom software and point of sale systems, and provides business IT support for small businesses, startups and growing teams across the Philippines.
Where is WebXoft located?
WebXoft is based in Bukidnon, Northern Mindanao, Philippines. The team provides on site support in Bukidnon and nearby provinces, and remote support to clients anywhere in the country, including Manila, Cebu and Davao.
When was WebXoft founded?
WebXoft was founded in 2026. The company was started by a small team of developers and IT professionals who wanted to give local businesses an alternative to overpriced vendors who disappear after the invoice is paid.
What services does WebXoft offer?
Six services under one roof: business IT support, web development, web design, custom software development, mobile app development, and POS systems. One team handles the whole stack, so you are not managing six vendors who never talk to each other.
Who does WebXoft work with?
Retail shops, restaurants and cafes, service businesses, healthcare clinics, real estate offices, schools, farms, logistics startups and early stage companies. We do not specialize in one industry. We specialize in the pattern: a business that is growing faster than its systems.
Does WebXoft work with clients outside Bukidnon?
Yes. Most of our work is delivered remotely, which is faster for everyone. We serve clients across the Philippines. If you are in Bukidnon or nearby, we can also visit on site.
What makes WebXoft different from other IT companies?
Three things. First, you talk to the person doing the work, not an account manager. Second, you get straight answers. If something is not worth fixing, we say so. Third, you can go month to month with no long term lock in. We would rather earn your business every month than trap you in a contract.
Is WebXoft affordable for small businesses?
Yes. WebXoft was built for small businesses, startups and growing teams, not enterprise clients. Pricing is structured so a local shop or clinic can get professional technology without paying corporate rates. If a simpler solution would do the job, we point you to it instead of selling a bigger project.
Pricing and Timelines
Realistic starting points, based on scope and features.
How much does a website cost in the Philippines?
A custom small business website from WebXoft usually costs between PHP 60,000 and PHP 150,000. The final price depends on the number of pages, the level of customization, and whether you need booking features or a customer portal. Brochure sites sit at the lower end. Booking sites and portals sit at the higher end.
How long does it take to build a website?
Three to four weeks for an average website. More complex sites with custom features take longer. The biggest factor is how fast content is provided. If your text and images are ready, the site moves quickly.
How much does custom software cost?
A specific tool used internally usually starts around PHP 200,000. More complex systems with multiple user types, integrations and detailed reporting cost more. We price by functionality, not by a flat package.
How long does custom software take to build?
Typically 2 to 4 months for a specialized application. More complex builds with different user roles, integrations and reports can take 6 months or more. Development is divided into stages so you see results every few weeks.
How much does a mobile app cost?
Mobile app development usually starts at PHP 150,000 for a straightforward app. Apps with user accounts, payment gateways and integrations cost more. The biggest cost factor is the feature set, not the platform.
How long does a mobile app take to build?
A simple app takes three to four months. Apps with user accounts, payments and integrations take longer. The biggest variable is scope, not the platform. We give you a real timeline upfront.
How much does a POS system cost?
An Android tablet with offline POS software and a receipt printer can start below PHP 30,000. Custom solutions for multi branch operations cost more, depending on the configuration. We give you a clear estimate after a short needs assessment.
How does IT support pricing work?
Business IT support runs on a monthly retainer. There is no long term contract, and no hidden fees. After hours support is included for retainer clients. If you prefer a one time fix for a specific issue, we can quote that separately.
Do you charge for consultations?
No. The first conversation is free. We learn about your situation and tell you straight whether we can help. If we are not the right fit, we say so and point you toward someone who is.
Getting Started
What happens from the first message to the final handover.
How do I start a project with WebXoft?
Send us a message through the contact page, email, or phone. Tell us what is frustrating you or what you are trying to build. Plain language is fine. You do not need a detailed brief or a budget range before you reach out.
How fast do you reply to new inquiries?
Usually within one business day. Sometimes the same day, depending on when you send it. If it is urgent, call instead of emailing.
What happens after I send a message?
A real person reads it. We reply, usually within one business day. If it makes sense, we set up a free call to learn more. Then you get a clear quote with scope, timeline and cost. No surprise line items later.
Do I need a detailed brief before contacting you?
No. Most people who contact us are not sure what they need yet. Start with the problem. We will help you figure out the rest during the first call.
Do you offer one time projects or ongoing contracts?
Both. Some clients hire us for a single website and then walk away. Others stay on for support, hosting and updates. We do not push long contracts. If you want to leave after the project, you can. If you want to stick around, we are happy to keep helping.
Can you take over from another provider?
Yes. Handover is not as hard as people think. We review your setup, document what is there, and take over gradually so nothing gets missed. If your current provider has documentation, great. If not, we build it ourselves as we go.
Do you offer support after launch?
Yes. Websites, software, mobile apps and POS systems all have ongoing support options. IT support clients get ongoing coverage built into their retainer. You own the code and documentation, so you can also take it in house if you prefer.
IT Support
Helpdesk, monitoring, repairs and response times.
What does business IT support include?
Helpdesk support, system monitoring, troubleshooting, repairs and preventive maintenance. We handle hardware, software, network, email and printer issues. Remotely or on site, depending on what the problem needs.
How quickly do you resolve IT issues?
Response time depends on the problem. Critical issues like a server outage or a locked POS are handled the same day. Ordinary requests are handled within one business day. Response times are given to you in writing, not as vague promises.
Do you handle both remote and on site support?
Yes. Almost all problems are resolved remotely because it is faster for everyone. If a problem requires an on site visit, we go to you. For businesses in Bukidnon and the surrounding areas, an onsite visit can usually be done within one day.
Do you offer after hours support?
Yes. Servers can crash at any time, so after hours support is provided to clients on retainer packages. It is built into the monthly rate, not billed as a surprise add on.
What should a growing company look for in an IT support provider?
Focus on response time first. Anyone can list helpdesk and monitoring as a service. The important thing is whether a real person answers the phone on a Tuesday afternoon when something breaks. Ask for response times in writing. Ask who actually picks up the call.
Do we need to have an IT department to work with you?
No. Most of our IT support clients never had an IT department. They had a friend on staff who knew computers, or they had nobody at all. We fill that gap without the cost of hiring a full time team.
Web Development and Design
Custom code, conversion focused design and long term ownership.
What is included in a web development project?
Discovery, structure planning, design mockups, custom build, testing across devices and browsers, launch and ongoing support. You own the code and the documentation when we are done.
Do I own the code and the design?
Yes. You own everything we build for you, including the code and the documentation. No licensing fees, no lock in. You can maintain it yourself or keep us on for support.
Can you build a website for a startup on a limited budget?
Yes. We build for startups often. We will tell you what is essential at launch and what can wait until you have customers. Proper groundwork at the start avoids having to rebuild everything in six months.
Do you use templates or custom code?
Custom code. Templates look fast on paper, but they slow sites down, limit what you can do later, and often break when plugins update. We start with your customer, your workflow and your goal, then build the site that makes those things happen.
Do you include technical SEO?
Yes. Technical SEO is baked in from day one, not added as an afterthought. Clean markup, fast load times, proper structure and mobile first design are part of every build.
What is the difference between web design and web development?
Design is the layout, typography, visual hierarchy and conversion structure. It decides what the visitor sees and feels. Development is the code, CMS, integrations and testing that make it actually work. We handle both, so there is no handoff gap between the two.
How many design revisions do I get?
Two rounds are included as standard. That is enough for most projects. If more are needed, we work it out. We are not going to use a revision limit to overcharge you.
Do you do redesigns of existing sites?
Yes. Sometimes a redesign is enough. Sometimes the underlying platform is the problem and building fresh is the faster path. We look at your site, tell you which makes more sense, and quote accordingly.
Will my site work on mobile phones?
Yes. Every site we build is mobile first, because that is where most traffic lives. We test on real devices, not just simulators, before launch.
Do you maintain the website after launch?
We can. Updates, patching and small adjustments all fall under post launch support. If you want to maintain the site yourself, we hand over the tools and documentation you need. If you would rather we handle it, we can.
Custom Software
When off the shelf tools stop fitting, and what happens next.
When should a business build custom software?
Custom software pays off when off the shelf tools cannot handle your workflow, when you are paying for multiple tools that refuse to integrate, or when your team spends hours on manual data entry every week. It does not pay off when a simple spreadsheet would do the job just fine.
What types of custom software do you build?
Inventory and order management, dashboards and reporting, customer portals, and internal tools built around your specific process. We also build integrations that connect tools you already use.
Do I own the custom software you build?
Yes. You own the code and the documentation. No licensing fees, no lock in. You can maintain it yourself or keep us on for support.
How does the custom software development process work?
Discovery, solution design, a clickable prototype you review before we build, then development in sprints with frequent check ins. After testing and deployment, we train your staff and hand over documentation. Support and iteration continue after launch.
What should I look for in a software development company in Bukidnon?
Look for a company that understands your business process, not just programming languages. Ask how they learn about your workflow before recommending anything. Good developers will ask questions about your operations first, and talk about technology second.
What are the most useful custom software solutions for SMEs?
It depends on the business, but for most SMEs the highest impact tools are inventory management, order processing and reporting. Those three areas tend to be where spreadsheets break first as a business grows.
Mobile Apps
Native, hybrid, and whether an app is the right move.
Should I build a native app or a hybrid app?
It depends on what the app needs to do. Native gives better performance and deeper access to device hardware. Hybrid is cheaper and faster to ship, especially if you need both iOS and Android from one codebase. For most business apps, hybrid is enough. Native wins when the app needs heavy graphics or hardware integration.
Do you build for both iOS and Android?
Yes. We build native apps for each platform and hybrid apps that run on both from a single codebase. The right choice depends on your audience, budget and timeline. We help you decide during the platform strategy step.
Is a mobile app worth it for my business?
It is worth it when customers interact with you often, when push notifications would drive real engagement, or when your team needs mobile access to business systems. It is not worth it when a responsive website would do the same job. We tell you honestly which side you are on.
Can I test the app while it is being built?
Yes. You test the app on your own phone during development, not just at the end. That way problems get caught early, when changes are still cheap to make.
Do you handle app store submission?
Yes. We submit the app to the App Store and Google Play, and handle the review process. If a submission gets flagged, we fix the issue and resubmit.
What happens to my app when operating systems update?
Operating systems evolve and devices change. Something eventually breaks. We offer ongoing support so your app keeps working through those updates. You own the code, so you can also take it in house if you prefer.
POS Systems
Offline mode, multi branch setups and what to check before buying.
What is a POS system?
Point of sale is a transaction processing system that tracks sales. A modern POS does more than ring up a sale. It manages stock, keeps customer data, generates reports and integrates with accounting. Depending on how you sell, a POS can be as simple as a cash register or as broad as a full business management system.
Is free offline POS software for Android good enough?
Rarely. Free options often include ads, offer no support, or stop working after a trial period. For a business where the POS has to work every day, that is usually a bad trade. We offer offline POS software that runs on Android, works without internet, syncs when you reconnect, and includes real support from real people.
What is the best POS for a small retail store in the Philippines?
For many small retailers, an Android tablet with POS software and a receipt printer covers the basics. After that, it comes down to whether you need inventory management, barcode scanning, or integration with accounting. We configure the system around how you actually sell.
Can you set up a POS system for multiple branches?
Yes. Multi branch setups need centralized reporting, inter location inventory transfers, and separate user accounts per branch. We set all of that up so you have one dashboard for the whole business.
What happens if the internet goes down during a sale?
The sale still goes through. Offline POS stores the transaction locally and syncs it back to the main system once the connection returns. Offline capability is one of the most important features for retail and food businesses in the Philippines.
What should I look for before buying a POS system?
Offline capability, inventory control, good reporting, compatibility with existing systems, real support, and the total cost of ownership over three years. If a system fails on two or more of those, keep looking. The wrong POS quietly costs you money every week.
Do you provide training on the POS system?
Yes. We train your staff on how to use the system, including how to keep things moving during a rush. If you hire new employees later, we can train them too.
Can a POS system work with my website and accounting software?
Yes. Cloud based POS systems we set up can sync with your website, mobile payments and cash registers so orders, inventory, prices and customer information all stay current across every channel.
Working With Us
Communication, coverage, ownership and what happens after handover.
Where do you provide on site support?
On site support is available in Bukidnon and nearby provinces in Northern Mindanao. For clients outside that area, we work remotely, which covers most support needs. If travel is required, we discuss it upfront.
How do you communicate during a project?
Frequently and in plain language. You get status updates at each stage, not silence followed by a surprise delivery. For software and app projects, we work in sprints so you see progress every few weeks.
Do I own what you build?
Yes. Code, design assets and documentation are handed over to you. No licensing fees, no lock in. You can maintain it yourself or keep us on for support.
Can I leave after a project is done?
Yes. We do not push long contracts. If you want to leave after the project, you can. If you want to stay on for support, hosting or updates, we are happy to keep helping.
What if I need something outside your services?
We will tell you. If a project needs expertise we do not have, we say so and point you to someone who can help. We would rather give you a straight answer than take on work we are not the right fit for.
Do you work with businesses that are just starting out?
Yes. Startups and early stage businesses are a big part of who we work with. We help you figure out what matters at launch and what can wait until you have customers.
